FLORIDA REAL ESTATE FOUNDATION KICK-OFF EVENT

The Florida Real Estate Foundation kick-off event was a great way to introduce the wonderful services and programs of the Foundation to the realtors, developers, architects, builders, community leaders and others who attended this inaugural event.
The highlights of the celebration were when honorees Craig Ustler and Phil Rampy announced that they would contribute $750 at the closing of each of their 42 planned condominiums at 217 North Eola directly to the Florida Real Estate Foundation.  They also challenged other companies to do the same.

Then, Kevin Acker, representing his parents Ron and Cathy and the rest of his family, said that their ReMax Real Estate company would meet the challenge by giving $50 per closing over the next two year to the Foundation.

Craig Ustler and Phil Rampy of CondoHQ are recognized by the FREF for their contributions to the revitaization of Downtown Orlando and their commitment to raising awareness and money for the
FREF's Art in Architecture program.

Commemorative awards were presented to Craig and Phil by Art in Architecture Chair Kathleen Gallagher McIver and FREF VP Greg Rokeh at the Florida Real Estate Foundation's inaugural kick-off event held at the
Orange County Regional History Center.
