How can I become part of the Florida Real Estate Foundation?
To keep up with the needs of the ever growing market, the Florida Real Estate Foundation (FREF), a 501c3 organization, was established to serve Central Florida through community development, charitable giving, economic research and education to further the educational quality of the real estate professional.
Funds raised for the foundation benefit many aspects of our community . . . the workforce of Central Florida can realize the dream of homeownership; scholarships are awarded for courses leading to REALTORĀ® professional designations; and financial assistance is given to deserving individuals who are attending area colleges and universities to study real estate and related professions. In addition, the foundation funds research on relevant studies of land use, comprehensive planning, transportation, property taxes, impact fees, water management and other areas of interest to the burgeoning real estate market in Central Florida.
Charitable contributions to the FREF are tax deductible. Contributions are needed to fund programs today to build support for education, research, community service and Art in Architecture. You can contribute to the general fund or specify that you want your donation to go specifically to Art in Architecture, education or research.
